Cooking method
1. To prepare the dough for the vertuta, pour water into the dish and add salt, stir until the salt crystals dissolve. Then add the egg and vegetable oil, shake with a whisk. We introduce flour, knead and leave the dough to stand while we prepare the filling.
2. Peel and finely chop the potatoes. Champignons are cut into cubes. Chop the onion very finely.
3. Fry the onion in a frying pan for 2 minutes, and then add the mushrooms to it. Then pour the sliced potatoes into the pan, salt and add spices to taste. As the potatoes have become soft, our filling is ready.
4. Roll out the dough into a transparent very thin layer and lay out the filling. We twist it into a roll and spread it in a spiral on a baking sheet.
5. Cook over medium heat at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
