Cooking method
1. We need to prepare the dough: to do this, take the softened butter and half the sugar, whisk everything. Add the bitter chocolate melted in a steam bath, we will need 100 grams.

5. Add dry ingredients to the dough and mix very carefully.
6. Lubricate the mold with oil and sprinkle with flour. We fill the form with the finished dough and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Check the baking readiness with a match.
7. For the glaze, melt dark chocolate, butter and milk in a steam bath. As the cake cools down, lubricate with icing. The cake is ready!
