Pot-baked dumplings

I myself have only recently made friends with such a delicious dish as baked dumplings in a pot, but I have already managed to try variations of additives in the form of liver, vegetables, cheese, various sauces. Today I will tell you about my favorite version, read it and let's cook together!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

1. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, put it on the bottom of the pots (pre-lubricate the pots with vegetable oil).

2. Put half of the dumplings on the onion, salt.

3. Cut green string beans into 2-3 pieces, spread on top of the dumplings.

4. We spread the remaining dumplings.

5. Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater, spread the top layer.

6. Peel the garlic, crush the cloves with the handle of a knife and add a piece to each pot.

7. Salt, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, pour water (broth), cover with lids and send to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.

8. 5 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
