Cooking method
1. In a blender we throw onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme, bread. Grind into fine crumbs.
2. Peel the apples from the core and cut into small pieces.
3. Walnuts are crushed.
4. Combine onion-bread mixture, apples, nuts, minced meat, cheese, 2 eggs, salt, pepper and mix well.
5. Spread the shortbread dough on the bottom of the mold, top the filling, sprinkle with thyme and rosemary, decorate with apple circles.
6. Put in the preheated oven to 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
