Black Prince cake with condensed milk

Cake for chocolate lovers. Cooking is really easy! The Black Prince cake is delicate and soft cakes, rich chocolate flavor and, with all this, the cake does not need long-term impregnation in the refrigerator. I share my mom's recipe - it is very successful in all respects :) I will be glad for feedback.

Cooking method

1. Break the eggs into a deep container, beat until fluffy, add sugar, continue to beat until stable and strong peaks.

2. Chop the nuts a little with a knife and fry in a dry frying pan (without adding any oil) for 4-5 minutes.

3. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with cocoa powder until smooth.

4. Combine the sour cream and egg mixture, mix gently, add flour, and with it soda, slaked with vinegar.

5. Add the nuts and zest to the bowl with the dough, mix to distribute them evenly throughout the mass.

6. Divide the dough into two parts and bake two cakes alternately in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes. We cool the cakes on the grill.

7. Put the condensed milk in a bowl and, adding softened butter to it, beat until smooth. It will be a cream.

8. We cut each cake into two parts (as a result, we will get four thin cakes), smear with cream and thus assemble the cake. You should not send it to the refrigerator. Now we will prepare the glaze (only 5-7 minutes), pour it and we will try the cake.

9. Choose a saucepan, pour in milk, pour sugar and cocoa, put on a small fire, stir with a whisk, cook until thickened, stirring at the same time. Then add butter to the glaze (it will give gloss), let it melt completely and turn off the fire.

Let the glaze cool down a little and pour over the cake. We decorate it to your taste. Everything is ready!
