A famous and delicious addition to tea! Cook! My children love baking very much. I, to tell the truth, too. Yesterday I was pleased with homemade cinnamon rolls Sinabon. They turn out lush and beautiful thanks to the creamy fudge. These buns are perfect for a child as a lunch at school or for a tea party with the family. The main work will, of course, be kneading the dough. So, choose a bigger saucepan, pour milk, vegetable oil into it, add sugar. Preheat the contents on the fire. When the temperature of the milk is about 40 ° C, remove it from the heat and add yeast, after crumbling them.

Wait for 2-3 minutes and pour in the sifted flour (320 gr). Knead the dough. It should turn out not cool, a little sticky. Leave in a warm place until the dough increases in size. It will take 45-60 minutes depending on the temperature.

In the risen mass, we introduce the remaining flour (80 gr) with salt and baking powder, which must be prepared in advance, knead the elastic dough. I almost always use the purchased baking powder for the dough, but yesterday it was not at hand. So I used starch, soda and citric acid, mixing everything in a small container. It turned out perfectly - I will continue to use it.

Roll out the finished dough into a layer, lubricate with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with sugar (we prepare the mixture in advance). We twist the layer into a roll, cut it into pieces. The resulting "stumps" are placed vertically, slightly pressed by hand, giving shape to the future bun.

Grease the baking sheet with butter, spread the buns and send them to the oven for baking at a temperature of 200 ° C. They bake quickly, on average about 25 minutes.

For filling, I made a simple fudge: melt the butter, add sugar and warm milk, stir. We take out fragrant buns, pour a lot of fudge. You can also decorate them on top to your taste, for example, almond petals look very beautiful.
