Cooking method
We wash the cheek, make incisions and scald it with carrots and garlic. Salt, add spices, pepper and leave for three hours in a cold place.
After this time, we put the cheek in foil and wrap it well. In a preheated 180 degree oven, put the cheek and bake for thirty minutes. After half an hour, we remove it, make incisions in the foil and send it back to the oven so that the piece is browned (10 minutes is enough). We take it out and wait for the cheek to cool down. Remove the foil, cut into pieces and put on a plate. The product is ready to use.
