Cooking method
1. To begin with, season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste, also add a mixture of spices to taste.
2. Peel the onion, chop it into small cubes.
3. Mushrooms are washed with water, also cut into small pieces or passed through a meat grinder, and fried together with onions in vegetable oil.
4. Then add to the minced meat, along with chopped herbs.
5. Defrost the dough, roll it out and cut it into thin strips.
6. From the minced meat we form a bun and wrap the dough like a ball.
7. Put the finished balls on a baking sheet covered with paper.
