Cooking method
Add sugar and yeast to warm milk. Mix and leave in a warm place to rise. For 15-20.
Mix eggs and 100 grams of butter, at room temperature.
Add the sourdough and flour. Knead the dough. Cover with a lid or towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
Mix sugar with butter from the refrigerator.
We put the finished dough into a mold, level it and leave it for 20 minutes, let the dough rise.
Lubricate the hand with vegetable oil and make hollows in the pie for the fingers.
Sprinkle with sugar crumbs and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned,
Pour cream on the pie.
Put in the oven and bake the pie until ready for about 10 minutes.
