Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Brew a glass of strong tea - it should be hot.
Step 2:
Take a bowl, put jam, eggs, sugar. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Then add soda, vegetable oil and slightly cooled tea leaves. Mix again.
Step 4:
Then add the sifted flour. Mix again. note: For convenience, I mix after each glass of flour.
Step 5:
Take a mold (very good if it is detachable), grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then pour the dough into a mold and send it to the oven to bake at 180 gr. for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6:
Take the finished pie out of the oven, separate the edges of the mold (if detachable), and immediately transfer the pie from the mold to the dish. NOTE: Check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick only in the middle!
Step 7:
The pie is ready!) Very tasty tea cake not only with tea, but also with milk! Be sure to try it!
Do exactly as it is written in the recipe (i.e. you do not need to interfere after adding each ingredient) and you will get everything VERY quickly!)
