Cooking method
1. Mix the dry ingredients for the cake - flour, baking powder + honey
2. Separate the white from the yolk. Whisk the protein into steep peaks
3. Gently introduce the protein into the flour and grind. You should get a shortbread dough.
Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Do not overdo it, it may decrease in diameter.
4. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender with semolina into a homogeneous mass so that there are no grains.
5. Knock down the soft bananas and add them to the cottage cheese
6. Introduce the yolk into the curd mass - mix well.
Pour the mass on the cake and bake for 30 minutes - an hour. Cheesecake should become elastic.
