Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the yolks aside for later, and add a pinch of salt to the whites.
Step 2:
Whisk the whites into a fluffy foam, until stable peaks.
Step 3:
Put the cottage cheese with sour cream in a dough bowl.
Step 4:
Go through the cottage cheese with a blender. If you do not have a blender, pass the cottage cheese through a sieve a couple of times, and then grind the ingredients with a whisk or silicone spatula.
Step 5:
Add yolks and sugar to the cottage cheese. Grind everything until smooth.
Step 6:
Add vanilla and starch. Mix well-grind.
Step 7:
Add the whipped whites to the curd mixture.
Step 8:
Mix the proteins into the cottage cheese with folding movements.
Step 9:
Lightly grease the casserole dish with vegetable oil.
Step 10:
Put the curd mass into the mold and smooth it out.
Step 11:
Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Let the finished casserole cool down a little-get stronger in the form, and only then take it out and transfer it to the most beautiful dish.
