Step 1:
Sift the flour into a bowl. Shake the egg with 200ml water. and a pinch of salt. Knead a not very steep dough, cover with cling film and let the dough stand for 1 hour.
Step 2:
During this time we prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion, mix with minced meat, salt, pepper, add spices and 100ml. water.
Step 3:
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and lubricate with butter. We roll it into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Step 4:
Cut the roll into pieces of about 50 grams each and roll out thin tortillas. We spread the filling on each tortilla and pinch it in the form of a triangle.
Step 5:
On a lined baking sheet with baking paper, spread the samsa, seam down. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
