Step 1:
Prepare our ingredients.
Step 2:
Grind flour and baking powder with softened butter
Step 3:
Separately grind the yolk with sugar
Step 4:
Now mix the flour with sugar and the dough is ready!
Step 5:
Pour 1/2 of the dough into the mold, a little rammed
Step 6:
Rub the apples and spread them on our dough (you can sprinkle a little sugar, I didn't do that)
Step 7:
Whisk the proteins with sugar to a thick foam
Step 8:
And pour the protein on top of the apples, followed by the second half of the dough. We send our pie to the oven 180 C for 30 minutes.
Step 9:
As soon as the top crust is browned, we take it out of the oven.
