Cooking method
1. Dissolve sugar in milk at room temperature;

5. Add the grated butter, egg, and the rest of the flour to the mass and knead the dough;
6. Knead for 10 minutes - "dough loves hands!" ;
7. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for an hour;
8. Knead the dough that has come up and roll it into a layer;
9. Put the jam on the layer, distribute it evenly throughout the dough;
10. Roll the layer into a roll and put it on a greased baking sheet;
11. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, focusing on your oven and using wooden sticks. Bon appetit!
