Cooking method
Mix flour, cocoa and sugar in a bowl. Then add baking powder and soda. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a whisk, add vegetable oil and milk to them. Mix everything well.
Combine and mix thoroughly until smooth the egg-milk mixture with a mixture of flour, sugar and cocoa. Pour a glass of boiling water into it and stir it quickly.
Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, then pour the dough into the mold (it will be liquid). Bake the sponge cake on boiling water in a preheated 220 degree oven for 5 minutes at first, then reduce it to 180 degrees and bake for another 50 minutes (the exact time depends on your oven!).
