Step 1:
Everything we need. For this roll, you will need a turkey thigh - carefully cut out the bone (or buy a filleted thigh).
Step 2:
Beat the meat well. Salt, pepper to taste, sprinkle with ground paprika. Basically, you can add any spices you like. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Dry the nuts in a frying pan, cut half of the pepper into large strips.
Step 4:
Take a large bunch of spinach (in grams I wrote approximately), scald with boiling water in a colander, let the water drain. Then we interrupt with a blender, squeeze it out slightly. We knead the nuts a little with a rolling pin, you don't need to put them in small crumbs.
Step 5:
Spinach is distributed over the entire surface of the meat.
Step 6:
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Step 7:
Put basil leaves on one side of the meat and pepper on top.
Step 8:
Carefully roll up the roll and tie it with a thick thread.
Step 9:
Wrap in two layers of foil, shifting the thyme sprigs. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 1.5 hours.
Step 10:
Then we take out the roll, open the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
