Cooking method
Chilled margarine mixed with flour is chopped with a knife. Add salt, sugar (1 table.l), soda and vanillin. All the components are chopped to a state of not very fine crumbs.
Add the rest of the sugar and eggs to the cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Spread half of the dough evenly on a baking sheet. We spread the curd filling on it, and the rest of the dough on the filling, also in a uniform layer.
Bake French cheesecake in a preheated oven to 200-250 degrees, until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
