Cooking method
Cut the bread into small cubes. By the way, it is better to take bread 2 days old: it will dry faster and crumble less. Garlic cloves are cleaned and finely chopped, or we pass them through a press.
We put the bread cubes in a large bowl. Pour sunflower and olive oil. Add chopped garlic, spices and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and let it stand for 20 minutes so that the bread is filled with the aromas of spices and absorbs the oil.
Preheat the oven to 160°C. We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread our cubes on it with a thin layer. We cook them for 20 minutes, turning them over periodically. Crackers with garlic are ready for beer.
