Step 1:
Knead the sponge dough, bake the biscuits in three forms as in the photo. Allow the biscuits to cool and cut each lengthwise into two parts.

Cut the nostrils out of white mastic and glue them on the beak.
Step 11:
Cut and glue the eyebrows and pupils of the bird.
Step 12:
Sculpt and glue the red comb and black tail.
Step 13:
Roll out and cut out a long strip of mastic and place it around the perimeter around the cake. Smooth it out well.
Step 14:
Using a pastry press for mastic or any convenient way to make a border at the base of the cake. The cake is ready, serve and enjoy the holiday!
