Cooking method
Dilute yeast in warm milk. Add eggs, softened butter, salt, sugar. Gradually pour in the flour, kneading the dough with a spoon or mixer. Cover with a towel, put in a warm place for an hour.
Cut the fat into small cubes, chop the onion finely. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the bacon and onion for 4-5 minutes. Cool it down a little. Add the onion and lard to the dough, mix. Cover with a towel and leave for another 30 minutes.
Grease a deep mold with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill the mold with dough 2/3 of the height, bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
