Cupcakes with Brazil nuts

Prunes need to be soaked. Rinse it and put it in hot water for 20 minutes. Drain the water into a separate bowl, it will still be useful to us. Peel the nuts. To do this, lower it into boiling water for 1 minute, remove it and immediately lower it into cold water. That's all. The shell will break easily.
Finely chop the kernels of nuts. Finely grate the lemon zest. Chop the prunes finely.
Sift flour and add baking powder. Mix it up. We introduce a nut mixture, spices and granulated sugar. Mix again.
In a separate container, mix the water left over from soaking the prunes, sunflower oil and zest. Pour this mixture into a bowl with flour. Mix the whole mass and now add prunes.
Grease the muffin baking molds with butter. Fill them and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand in the molds for 10 minutes. Then put on the grill until completely cooled. A wonderful dessert is ready. You can call your eaters to the table.
