Beat eggs, add sugar

Now add sour cream, slaked soda, sift flour and pour gradually. Knead the tender dough, very thick sour cream. We divide it into 3 parts.

The second part will be with poppy seeds (steamed), and the third - raisins (pre-soaked) with nuts (twisted through a meat grinder)
Step 6:
Bake the cakes separately in the oven at 180C for 20 minutes, check with a stick for readiness.
Step 7:
While the cakes are being baked, we prepare the butter cream. Beat the softened butter with condensed milk and vanilla.
Step 8:
Beat 4 proteins with sugar for 5-7 minutes, we get a cream to cover the cake on top and on the sides.
Step 9:
When the cakes cool down a little, we collect our future cake. Each cake, except the top one, is liberally lubricated with butter cream, we will leave a little for the roses on top of the cake.
Step 10:
These are the high cakes turned out. We collect them in this sequence:1 - chocolate, 2 - poppy, 3 - with nuts and raisins.
Step 11:
We cover our cake with salad-colored protein cream on top and on the sides. Decorate with rosettes of buttercream (using a pastry syringe), and make the inscription from melted chocolate.
Step 12:
We prepare an openwork pattern from melted chocolate, which is executed on a film according to your imagination. We make 2 segments. When it starts to harden, but it will still be elastic, we carefully transfer it to the side surface of our cake.
