Cooking method
- Soften the butter and beat it with a mixer with egg, plain and vanilla sugar white.
- Add flour sifted with baking powder and salt. With your fingers, mix the flour with the butter mixture so that you get a crumb. Collect the crumbs into a ball, wrap in foil and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll out between two sheets of baking paper into a layer according to the size of the baking sheet, carefully cut the edges according to the ruler. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet, remove the top sheet of paper.
- Bake in a preheated 190 °C oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Cut the baked tortilla into two equal parts. Set aside 2 tablespoons of jam, spread the remaining jam evenly on one part of the tortilla. Place the second part on top and press lightly.
- Lubricate the surface with the postponed jam. It is important to do all this while the tortillas are warm.
- Mix powdered sugar with so much lemon juice to make a flowing mass. Set aside a couple of spoons and mix with cocoa.
- Pour the jam-smeared tortillas with the resulting glaze and cut into strips. Squeeze out strips of dark glaze with cocoa over the glaze from a culinary syringe or a paper "cornetik". Allow the glaze to solidify completely. Bon appetit!
