Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Drive two eggs into a convenient deep bowl.
Step 2:
Add sugar to the eggs and mix the mixture lightly with a whisk. Then add sour cream and softened butter to the mixture.
Step 3:
Now mix the mixture more thoroughly, trying to get rid of the oil lumps.
Step 4:
Wash and wipe the lemon dry. Remove the zest with a fine grater. Three lemon peels until only one white layer remains. Next, we introduce the zest into the dough. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from half a lemon directly into the dough.
Step 5:
Add a teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl and add flour.
Step 6:
Knead the semi-liquid dough. Pour the dough into a pre-prepared baking dish, using a silicone spatula, and smooth it out.
Step 7:
Send the form with lemon dough to a preheated 170 degree oven and bake the pie for 30 minutes. Leave to cool. After complete cooling, you can remove it from the mold.
Step 8:
Serve lemon pie with tea or coffee, garnished with powdered sugar.
