Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products. The oil should be soft, the water warm. Sift the flour.
Step 2:
Load all the products into the bread maker. I have everything dry at first, then liquid. Sprinkle yeast on flour. If there is no bread maker, then first stir the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let's leave it for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and milk powder. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and knead. Then stir in the butter. Knead everything thoroughly. Form a bun, cover with a towel, leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours for the approach).
Step 3:
Well, if we do something in the bread maker, we filled up the products - and set the program "dough". It lasts 1.5 hours.
Step 4:
Here is our dough at the end of the program.
Step 5:
Divide the dough into identical balls, sprinkle with water and leave for 20 minutes. (I divided it into "peephole", but then I weighed the finished bread and it turned out to be all the same - 60-62 grams each)
Step 6:
Then either with a rolling pin or with our hands we roll out the cake and roll it tightly into a roll. We do this with all the balls)
Step 7:
Cover the baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat, spread our bread rolls, make incisions with a sharp knife, sprinkle with water again and leave for 30-40 minutes until the dough increases in size.
Step 8:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Here the bread has increased, we send it to the oven for 20-25 minutes, the temperature is 180 degrees.
Step 9:
Little Bread - Petit Bread is ready!
Step 10:
Very tasty warm bread with butter and cheese))
Step 11:
Call everyone to breakfast soon and let the beginning of the day be gentle and pleasant) Bon appetit!
