Step 1:
Cottage cheese should not be dry. If it is still a little dry, dilute it with a little milk. Use a blender to grind the cottage cheese to a curd mass
Step 2:
Add honey, starch, turmeric, vanilla
Step 3:
Eggs (one at a time), lemon zest. Continue to grind to a puree state
Step 4:
Soak the raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add to the curd mixture
Step 5:
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-50 minutes
