Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Grind two eggs and one cup of sugar.
Step 2:
Stir in three tablespoons of butter.
Step 3:
Add two tablespoons of honey.
Step 4:
Put the mixture in a water bath and heat, stirring, until the oil is completely dissolved.
Step 5:
Continuing to heat, add three teaspoons of soda slaked with vinegar. Vinegar requires about three teaspoons.
Step 6:
Remove the warm mixture from the heat and gradually stir in three cups of flour. The remaining half cup will be useful when we roll out the dough.
Step 7:
Form a sausage from the dough and divide into eight or ten parts, depending on the size of the future cakes.
Step 8:
Roll out the dough into a layer one millimeter thick. Remove the remaining dough under a towel or film so that it does not dry.
Step 9:
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about three minutes until golden brown. Be careful - cakes are baked very quickly.
Step 10:
For the cream, whisk sugar with cinnamon and sour cream.
Step 11:
We smear cream on hot cakes.
Step 12:
Melt chocolate in a water bath and decorate the cake. You can use a paper cornetik or a syringe, or you can just use a teaspoon.
I never trim the cakes for this cake, as I find a special relish in the thin edges well soaked with cream.
