Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Two cups of grated carrots. When filling the glass, we lightly press the carrots.
Step 2:
Add two cups of sugar, mix.
Step 3:
Add two tablespoons of honey and vanilla, mix.
Step 4:
Add two eggs, mix.
Step 5:
Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix.
Step 6:
Add two tablespoons of soft butter, mix. If there are small unbroken pieces, it's okay.
Step 7:
Add two teaspoons of soda, slaked with vinegar, mix.
Step 8:
Gradually add two cups of flour.
Step 9:
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Place in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Ready-made caramel-brown cake. I prefer to bake cakes separately.
Step 10:
For the cream, whisk sour cream and half a cup of sugar. If desired, you can also add vanilla to the cream.
Step 11:
Let the cakes cool down a little, layer with cream, decorate as desired.
If you grate carrots on a fine grater, then it does not feel at all, the cake is tender and homogeneous.
