Take potatoes in an amount of 6-8 pcs., wash and cut in half.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the mold with oil. Spread the potatoes with the cut side down. Put the onion on top.
Mix mayonnaise with garlic, soup powder and water. Add salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce on the potatoes and bake for 45-60 minutes.
