Step 1:
Chicken fillet cut into medium cubes
Step 2:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 3:
Mix lemon, soy sauce and adjika.
Step 4:
Chicken fillet sprinkle with onion and pour marinade. Mix everything well. Put it in the refrigerator overnight. You can pickle less. But this way the chicken will be softer and more fragrant.
Step 5:
String chicken pieces on wooden skewers, shaking them off the onion.
Step 6:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry our skewers on both sides until golden brown and ready.
