Step 1:
Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2:

Knead the dough (I did it with my hands). The dough should be thick and viscous.
Step 6:
Cover and put in a warm place (I turned on the oven and put the mold with the dough on the stove so that the heat from the oven helps the dough rise). Leave for 40 minutes.
Step 7:
The volume of the test should increase by about 3 times.
Step 8:
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle the bottom with flour.
Step 9:
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and transfer the dough to the mold. Put in a warm place for 20-25 minutes.
Step 10:
Grease the top with vegetable oil and put it in a preheated 230 gr. oven, after 15 minutes lower the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes. The exact time depends on the oven.
Step 11:
Check the readiness with a skewer.
