Cooking method
Oatmeal cookies (usually half-eaten and already dried) twist it into a crumb in a meat grinder. Not in flour, but in crumbs! You should get 3 glasses.
Pour soda into kefir, mix and leave for 10 minutes to follow the reaction.
In a separate container, beat eggs well with sugar.
Add eggs and oatmeal crumbs to kefir, mix and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
Add blueberries. You can have frozen or any other berries and fruits, dried fruits - if desired.
Pour the dough into the mold. I baked in a baking tray (27 x 37) with one cake. Then I cut it in half, it turned out 2. And I also cut each one across and it turned out only 4 cakes.
Beat sour cream with sugar with a mixer.
Smear the cakes with cream and fold one by one up the middle. So they are better soaked.
Decorate the cake with cinnamon and sprinkle with berries.
Have a nice tea party!
