    Prepare the dough: beat the eggs lightly with sugar and honey. Add the soda slaked with vinegar and softened butter. Beat with a mixer.

    Put on a water bath and warm up the mass for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly, until it becomes homogeneous and increases in volume.

    Remove our container from the "bath", add cocoa and flour. We knead the dough on the table, adding flour if necessary, it should turn out soft, tender and not stick to your hands.

    Prepare the cream: beat the eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar, flour and starch. Add the milk and whisk again. Put the mixture on the fire and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. The finished cream is removed from the heat and cooled.
