Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Softened butter is combined with condensed milk, whipped and added to the cooled custard. Mix the whole mass well.
Step 2:
We smear all the cakes with cream, except the top one. Cover the cake with cling film so that the top cake does not dry out and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 3:
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 4:
Prepare the dough: beat the eggs lightly with sugar and honey. Add the soda slaked with vinegar and softened butter. Beat with a mixer.
Step 5:
Put on a water bath and warm up the mass for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly, until it becomes homogeneous and increases in volume.
Step 6:
Remove our container from the "bath", add cocoa and flour. We knead the dough on the table, adding flour if necessary, it should turn out soft, tender and not stick to your hands.
Step 7:
Next, we divide our dough into 6-7 parts, roll it out as anyone likes, thinly or slightly thicker.
Step 8:
Bake for 3-4 minutes in a preheated 160-180 degree oven.
Step 9:
Prepare the cream: beat the eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar, flour and starch. Add the milk and whisk again. Put the mixture on the fire and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. The finished cream is removed from the heat and cooled.
Step 10:
Decorate the cake according to your desire: you can decorate the top with icing, grated or melted chocolate, sprinkle with cocoa or add a little coconut chips. Have a nice tea party!!!
