Roll the ball first in egg white, then in sugar. Place the resulting balls on a baking sheet.
Step 8:
Now carefully make a recess in each cookie with your finger. Leave gaps between cookies at least 2 cm. We set it to bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step 9:
Carefully remove the cookies from the baking sheet. Then we fill the recess of the cooled cookies with jam or jam. The cookies are ready. Bon appetit!
