Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Preparing shortbread dough: mix half a cup of sugar, 1 egg, butter, flour. Add a pinch of salt. I started kneading with a blender, and finished kneading with my hands.
Step 2:
As a result, we should get a steep shortbread dough.
Step 3:
Take the baking dish, wipe it dry. And we begin to lay out, practically sculpt the base of our pie with a thin layer. I first sculpt the base, and then I add the sides. The base for the pie should not be made thick.
Step 4:
Preparing the filling for the pie: cottage cheese, sugar (half a cup), 5 eggs and starch.
Step 5:
Knead the curd filling with a blender to the state of sour cream. Special attention should be paid to ensure that there are no curd lumps left. I usually work as a blender in the "impulse" program.
Step 6:
Pour the curd filling into the mold on the base.
Step 7:
Peel the apples, remove the seeds. Apples can be cut into long strips, thin slices or triangles. The main thing is that the apple slices are in the same style :)
Step 8:
Put the apples in the curd pie filling, sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar. The pie is baked in the oven at 200 degrees (the oven is preheated). Readiness is determined by the dryness of the toothpick stuck in the pie. On average, 40 minutes until ready, but it all depends on the oven. As soon as the pie is ready, we take it out of the oven and let it cool down well. The cooling process is very important - the curd filling should "take".
Step 9:
Slice, instagramm and eat) Enjoy your meal!
The pie turns out to be very satisfying and beautiful. This is far from cottage cheese and a little cheesecake.
