Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
In a separate bowl, mix flour, starch and salt. If you want, add cinnamon. In another bowl, mix honey, syrup, and vegetables.beat the butter well. Combine both masses, knead the dough, roll it into a thin layer on the work surface. Cut out the figures from the dough with a special shape in the form of bears.
Step 2:
It is immediately better to do it on greased parchment. Make out the eyes and nose of the bears. And put a nut on everyone's belly. You can also make a small round tail on the "ass" of the bears, but this is not necessary.
Step 3:
With your fingers, gently wrap the bear's paws so that he "holds" the nut.
Step 4:
Some of the bears you will have with almonds, some with cashews.
Step 5:
Preheat the oven to 160C and bake for 10 minutes. If you want ruddy bears, bake for another 150C for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 6:
These are the wonderful bears you get. It is interesting to sculpt bears together with children - they can help bend the paws))) Cookies turn out small, very tasty, crumbly. Ears, eyes and nose can be painted with melted chocolate after baking, but this is also optional.
