Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix the ingredients for the dough. It is advisable to knead it in a food processor for 15-20 minutes. After that, we will smear the bowl with vegetable oil, transfer the resulting dough into it, cover it with a towel, and put it in a warm place. The dough should be suitable for about 1.5 hours. After this time, divide the dough in half. One of the halves is rolled out with a rectangle measuring 25 * 40 centimeters.
Step 2:
We spread tomato sauce on the rolled dough, not reaching the edges of the dough at a distance of 6 centimeters. Next, cut the tomatoes into circles and spread them on the dough. Pour grated cheese on top of the tomatoes. Next comes a layer of vetch and salami. Now beat the egg and coat the edges with it, which we have left unfilled.
Step 3:
Now we turn up the greased edges so that the filling does not fall out. And we roll everything together into a roll.
Step 4:
Spread our roll on a baking sheet and grease it with the remaining egg, sprinkle the remaining cheese and oregano on top. Now it is necessary to make incisions on the roll every 5 centimeters. We send the roll into the oven (the temperature in the oven is 250 degrees) and bake for about 10 minutes.
