Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cinnamon, poppy seeds and baking powder.
Step 2:
In a separate bowl, mix the egg and milk, break everything with a whisk.
Step 3:
Knead the dough by mixing dry and liquid ingredients.
Step 4:
Grease the baking dish with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Spread the dough.
Step 5:
Spread the peaches, cut into slices, on the dough.
Step 6:
Caramelize the seeds. To do this, heat the sugar in a frying pan, add honey and butter. We bring it to a liquid state, wait for the sugar to completely dissolve and add the seeds. Let it cool down.
Step 7:
Spread the cooled caramelized mass on the pie in the middle.
Step 8:
Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
