Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients
Step 2:
So let's get started! Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa
Step 3:
Add sugar, mix
Step 4:
We make a hole in the flour mixture. Water, or rather boiling water, is mixed with vegetable oil and added to the flour mixture
Step 5:
Knead the dough, it turns out very soft and tender, if the dough turned out sticky, then add a little flour (I needed 1 tbsp.l.). We give the finished dough a rest for 5 minutes
Step 6:
For the filling, we throw the cherry on a sieve, let the excess juice drain (if you use frozen, then first you need to defrost it).
Step 7:
In the cherry, add sugar to taste and 2 tsp starch. Mix everything together. The filling is ready.
Step 8:
Roll out the dough immediately on baking paper
Step 9:
Roll out into a thin layer, spread the filling on the center
Step 10:
And bending the edges, we form a pie
Step 11:
Bake the finished cake at 200C for about 20 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, I sprinkled almond petals on top of the biscuit, so they were slightly gilded
Step 12:
We take out our biscuits from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy! Have a nice tea party!
