Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. We take out the cookies and let them cool down, be careful warm cookies are very fragile and very easy to break

While the cookies are cooling, we break the chocolate bar into small pieces and melt it in a water bath or in the microwave

If you melt in the microwave, then be careful not to overheat the chocolate, because then it will just become grainy and will never turn into a smooth, beautiful mass
