We beat off chicken, or any other fillet
Salt, pepper and dip in a piezone, which we cook from one egg beaten with a spoonful of cold water.
We scatter the small red lentils on the cutting board and roll our fillet in it
In a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the fillets on both sides and cover with a lid for a few minutes, or better, send them in the oven until they are ready.
We make out a plate, put our fillet, add a vegetable side dish to your taste and serve it for a meal.
