Make a sourdough: mix the necessary ingredients, and set it for proofing in a warm place until the volume increases by 3 times.

Send to the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. You can cover the top with foil so that the top does not burn.

Make a protein glaze-whisk the protein with powdered sugar and lemon juice. First, beat the protein, then enter the powder, beat for a couple of minutes, then pour in the lemon juice and beat until a shiny mass. When the cake is ready, lubricate it with glaze, decorate to taste. Our Easter cottage cheese cake is ready!
