Chop the cabbage. Fry it until golden brown in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Onions and tomatoes are simply cut into tiny pieces.
We put the pita bread on the table and smear their surface with ketchup. We put torn, toasted cabbage leaves on top, and then pieces of tomatoes, Korean carrots, mushrooms and onions. The last layer is mayonnaise. We wait a little while until the pita bread is soaked, roll them into rolls and put them on a baking sheet. We put the baking sheet in an already hot oven and bake lean rolls of pita bread for up to ten minutes, until it acquires beautiful shades.
