Onions and mushrooms are washed and cleaned.

Now we take up the preparation of buckwheat porridge. We wash the grits.

Cook buckwheat porridge from 2 cups of salted water and 1 cup of buckwheat.

The porridge should be viscous. Cook the porridge as usual until the buckwheat softens. Cool for 10 minutes.

Grind mushrooms and onions, and then mix with buckwheat porridge.

The resulting minced meat should be sticky, add flour, mix.

From the resulting minced meat we mold balls, roll them in breadcrumbs.
