Filling
3 whisk the protein, add 2 cups of crushed walnuts and 2 cups of sugar
Dough
3 egg yolks, pack(250 g)margarine or butter, 1 cup of kefir, 0.5 teaspoons of soda and flour. knead the dough so that it is soft. Put the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes
Get the dough and divide it into three parts, roll out the first cake and put it on a baking sheet liberally greased with butter (I baked in a frying pan, there is no suitable baking sheet), put half of the filling on top
Then put the second cake and the remaining filling on it, on top of the third cake. Cut into lozenges and decorate with walnuts and anoint with egg
Bake for 15 minutes, then go through the cuts again and pour 100 g of butter
And again put it to bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, if you see that it is fried ahead of time, you can reduce it to 140, then pour syrup 5 minutes before it is ready (2 cups of sugar + 1 cup of water)
Put it in the oven for another 5 minutes, pull it out and wait until it cools down
