Coconut cake with chocolate and jam

Grate white chocolate on a fine grater.
Separate the whites from the yolks, put the whites in the refrigerator.
Mix softened butter, sugar and yolks. Gradually add flour, white chocolate, vanilla and coconut chips, leaving a little coconut for decoration.
Beat the whites well and add to the dough, mix gently.
Put parchment paper in a cake pan, lay out the dough, flatten the surface and bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool, remove from the mold and cut lengthwise into 2 cakes.
Heat the jam slightly and lubricate the bottom cake with it, cover the top with the second half and press lightly. Then cut into small cakes of any shape, decorate them with melted chocolate on top in a water bath and sprinkle with coconut chips.
