Step-by-step cooking
Put finely chopped onion, seasonings, salt, pepper in the minced chicken meat.
Roll out the dough in one direction, but not thinly. Cut into strips.
We make meatballs out of minced meat and wrap each one with strips of dough, as if we wind threads on a ball.
Transfer the puff pastry balls to a baking sheet, lubricate with yolk and bake until ready at 180-200 degrees.
