Grate the hard parmesan on a fine grater. Cheddar is possible on a large one, it is quite soft and plastic, so it will still have time to melt.
Grind the flaxseed in a coffee grinder. We add this ingredient not so much for taste as for benefit: after all, flaxseed helps to cleanse the intestines and even lose weight. Flax seed, like a sponge, absorbs undigested food residues and removes them from the body. In addition, flax seed is rich in lecithin, essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and vitamins, which favorably affect all processes of the human body.
To maintain good bowel function, it is enough to eat 1 tbsp.l. flax seed per day (adding to dishes).
It remains to mix everything in a deep bowl.
For the fragrance, use an Italian mixture of spicy herbs.
The classic Neapolitan spicy mixture includes dried garlic, parsley and oregano (another name is oregano). This mixture is perfect for pizza, fish and all dishes cooked on fire.
You can only use oregano to make cheese chips.
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper will add piquancy to our chips.
The chip pan must first be covered with baking paper or use a heat-resistant silicone mat.
Put the crumbling mixture in heaps on paper (mat), flatten with a spoon to make dense circles.
Bake cheese chips for 10 minutes at maximum heating of the oven.
To make the chips crispy, do not rush to put them in a bowl and in no case cover them with anything.
Ready-made cheese chips should be carefully transferred to the grill and cooled to room temperature in this position.
In this case, they will not get wet and will acquire the desired fragility and crunch.
Only after that the chips can be folded into a container and served on the table.
