Step-by-step cooking
Put cottage cheese, yogurt (1 tbsp.l.), yolk, stevia syrup (to taste) in a blender. Mix it.
Add ground oat bran, vanilla, mix.
Transfer to a muffin mold one-third of the volume of the mold.
Bake in a preheated 180gr oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool it down.
Sauce: mix 2 tablespoons of yogurt, lemon zest, stevia syrup.
Serve diet cheesecakes with berries or fruits.
